We do, but for some unremembered reason my section was the only one working correctly for awhile -- probably 5 years ago now. One thing led to another and my section became the only one in use. I should set up a different one, but I swear he'd bogart it, too.
Dodgie, little by little they are getting things worked out. I'd love for it to be faster, but with 30 fan bases with problems it may take a little while longer. I am definitely not a techno-geek, either. It's frustrating for sure, particularly when you're not sure if it's them or you. But really, it IS getting better.
